Payment, ticketing and boarding are separate steps
Your secure order first records the payment state. Ticketing then confirms the actual travel document and any assigned seat. Wait for the issued document before heading to the gate. If the order is paid but no document is available, check the order update and your email spam folder; contact support with the booking number rather than buying the same journey again.
Read the instructions attached to your ticket
Different products use different processes: a supported QR at the gate, collection of paper tickets, or a reservation linked to a compatible IC card. Do not assume that every QR code is a boarding code. A collection code may only work at a specified machine or counter. Check the collection location, required information and available hours before departure.

Prepare each traveller’s document
Check that your party has all required tickets. A single order can contain several documents, and each traveller may need an individual ticket. Follow the supplied instructions for children and shared devices. Download documents before leaving a reliable connection, increase screen brightness for a scannable code and keep a charged phone or permitted paper backup.
If the gate does not accept your ticket
Move aside so others can pass and show station staff the issued document and its instructions. Explain whether you have already entered local rail using an IC card. Avoid repeatedly tapping different cards or trying unrelated QR codes, because this can make the entry record harder to resolve. Keep enough time before departure for staff assistance.
Keep tickets until the journey is complete
You may need the ticket when leaving the destination station or making a transfer. Save the confirmation separately from the travel document and do not share ticket images publicly. Anyone with access to a usable travel code may be able to use it.
