Shipping Policy
How tickets are delivered and where to find your travel documents.
Last updated
Electronic delivery
Tickets and collection instructions are provided electronically after issuance, through the booking email and secure order where available. Payment confirmation alone is not a ticket. We do not offer physical shipping of tickets.
Ticket issuance and collection
Delivery depends on successful ticket issuance and the selected product. Follow the issued QR code, station collection or gate instructions. If paper collection is required, collect the ticket as instructed before boarding. No universal issuance or delivery time applies to every booking.
If you cannot find your ticket
Check your booking email, spam folder and secure order. If ticketing is still incomplete or the document is missing, contact support@jprail.net with your booking number and departure date. Do not make another payment while the existing payment status is uncertain.
Check before you travel
Before departure, open the issued document and check the date, stations, train, seat information and any collection or entry instructions shown for that ticket. Keep the document accessible during the journey. If a detail is missing or differs from your booking, contact support before travel so the specific order can be checked.
If a document does not work
If a QR code cannot be opened, a collection instruction is unclear or a station cannot locate the ticket, keep the order number and any error or station notice. Contact support with the departure date and a brief description. A payment record alone cannot replace an issued travel document.
