Data we use
For supported train bookings, we process your email, optional phone number, adult and child counts, selected journey, seating and luggage requests, payment status and support correspondence. We do not require passenger names, passport numbers, nationality or birth dates for the supported count-only booking flow. Technical and attribution data can include device and browser information, page activity, referring sources and campaign identifiers when available.
How we use information
We use booking information to arrange the journey you request, confirm payments, deliver tickets and answer support requests. Technical logs help secure the service, investigate failures and prevent misuse. Where applicable, processing is based on performing your booking contract, legal duties, legitimate interests or consent. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices; never send full card numbers or security codes to support.
Sharing and retention
We share the information needed to provide the service with ticketing, payment, email, hosting and support providers. When measurement is enabled, analytics and advertising providers may receive technical, event and attribution data as described in the Cookie policy. Records are kept as needed for bookings, support, fraud prevention, disputes and legal duties; different records may have different retention periods.
Your rights and international processing
Service providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable transfer safeguards. Where the law provides these rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some financial and dispute records must be kept despite a deletion request. Contact support@jprail.net; you may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
Measurement and privacy choices
Where applicable, contact support@jprail.net to exercise your privacy rights. The site’s current measurement configuration permits analytics and advertising storage by default. You can restrict storage in your browser; see the Cookie policy for the effects on booking access.
Where information comes from
Information can come from details you enter during booking or support, the order and ticketing process, payment-status responses from providers, and technical records created when you use the site. A payment provider may confirm a result without giving us your full card details. Please do not include passport details or complete payment-card data in an ordinary support email unless a specific secure process asks for them.
Protecting access to your booking
Access to order details may require verification using the booking information provided. Keep booking links and verification messages private, and do not send one-time codes or full payment-card details in ordinary support email. If you believe someone accessed your order without permission, contact support@jprail.net with the order number and a description of what happened.
Privacy requests and contact
For a question or request about personal data, write to support@jprail.net and identify the booking or account concerned without sending more sensitive data than needed. We may need to verify that you are entitled to access the record. The entity responsible for this service’s personal data is EXTERNALITY LABS PTE. LTD., registered at 3 FRASER STREET, #04-23A, DUO TOWER, SINGAPORE 189352.
